🤜For O2A Partners: How to Import the Latest Version of the app
JSON from gated content page (3/31/22)
When you connect your wallet to one2all.io/app with the wallet, you should see a popup inviting you to access the gated content page:
Clicking through to the Content page will get you to a download link where you will be able to download the latest app json
Assuming you have an existing app, there is a way to import and merge changes!
You will have to upgrade your app temporarily to a professional plan which allows you to create a second development version
I believe bubble pro rates and refunds your cost if you switch back but at worst you will have spent about $100 to save a couple hours of work
Once you have upgraded go the upper right of your app and be sure to click “create a new version” you can call this anything but let’s call it “original” in this example
VERY IMPORTANT if you do not click create a new version bubble will not automatically create a duplicate version of your existing app
I suggest creating a whole duplicate of the entire app in your bubble/my_apps page as well just to be safe
Once you have created a second dev version, return to your bubble’s original development version (it must at least have a personal subscription to import) and go to the Settings/General tab
At the bottom you will see a button to import application
Click this and it will overwrite your dev environment with the latest app
Once you have completed import, now go back to the “original” version and click the small icon next to “Development” in the upper right drop down. This icon means “Add Changes From”
Very important to get the direction right. you want to be in the application version that you are pulling changes into
It will ask you to confirm, and once you do you should see some pop ups asking you to Resolve Conflicts
Congrats! You are now able to merge changes specifically that you want for the app!
Nice thing is when you click one source or the other the editor will give you a preview like this:
Once you are done resolving conflicts and if you want to revert back to a personal subscription, you can now export the application from the “original” version and re-import it, overwriting the Development version
Once you move back to the personal subscription the “original” version will be unable to be accessed and you will be left with a properly merged Development version
